Machine brief introduction:

pile turning, aligning, dust removal, etc. It is a necessary

Function:
Replace the tray, align the paper, Remove dust from paper, loosen
the paper, dry, Neutralize odors, take out the damaged paper,
center, and adjust the temperature, humidity and air volume.
1. Operability: two operation panels make manual operation more convenient.
The operation panel on the pile turner enables people to control
the operation process of the machine more intuitively and

adjust the clamping force and shaking force of the paper pile, etc.

Working flow chart
1. Put the pile into platform of machine with hydraulic trolley.
2. Turning up, rotating and tilting.
3. Switch on the air jetting and vibration to remove duct(paper
fiber, paper scraps)separate the sheets, aligning and turning paper
pile.
4. The pile turner will come back to its original position, turn
down. The pile can be take out by the hydraulic trolley.
